这显然是抑郁的表现了,你一直闲置在家还是有事儿做啊?人有时候没有目标就会迷茫,时间久了就会抑郁,对什么都不敢兴趣,愿不愿意跟我说一说呢

是因为没有自信所以只能选择呆在家里吗?我猜你在家里应该也不是真正的平静安宁吧,如果是平静安宁那应该是一种享受。

问友你好,看完你短短的一行字,最让我注意的是你最后三个字“没自信”,描述虽短,我却感受到了一种无奈的自我安慰,这让我想到了什么呢?那只够不到葡萄的狐狸,明明很想吃,使劲浑身解数之后还是没够到,只好安慰自己葡萄是酸的。但我们今天重新回头去看那只狐狸,他真的竭尽全力了吗?他甚至都没有找个帮手来帮帮自己,可惜不?人做不想做的事,很痛苦,人有想做的事不去做,也很痛苦,之所以拖延,要么是因为这件事你不想做,要么是因为你想做但是感觉太难了,但是无论什么情况都不是个死胡同,自己没办法解决并不代表无解,我推荐你可以找聆听安宁的咨询师聊一聊,找专业的人解决问题,生活更高效

看到问友的这个问题,我想到马老师曾经在一堂心理咨询师培训课中,讲道一个专业名词叫做失配性疾病,大致意思是指,现在做的事情和人的一些本性是相违背的,以致于产生一些心理或身体方面的疾病。其中讲道一个点,是说人类的祖先是猿猴,而猿猴最突出的特点是什么喜欢上蹿下跳,也就是爱动,但是发展到现在,随着科技等等的进步,让我们工作生活变得更便捷的同时,也让我们人变得不爱动了,比如一天几乎有不少于8个小时是坐在电脑面前,不是坐着就是躺着,出门就是坐车很少走路,甚至是一些小幅度的动作也慢慢被机器替代。实际上看似便利,却给人造成的不利影响更大,最大的一个影响就是不爱动。 所以看到问友提的这个问题,呆在家里过一种平静安宁的生活状态,对其他都不感兴趣,其中有一部分因素是源于此,要解决它,也只有提高意识性,不爱动不代表不能动,为了健康,那么是须要让自己刻意的去动起来,比如锻炼身体,和走出去,这些并不需要具备什么技能或是要做什么心理建设,很简单,就是想到立马去动,不用等到下一刻。 而针对问友这一状态,可能存在的第二个因素是之前有没有经历过一些让自己倍感受挫的事情,以至于感到很受伤,没有心情往外探索,那么要解决这个问题,则要从具体事情去着手处理。 第三这些描述有抑郁的倾向,也就是属于症状,那么要解决它,需要按照治疗抑郁症的思路来进行,也就是也没有觉得发生什么让自己难受的事情,但是就感觉心里沉甸甸没有什么劲儿,对什么都提不起兴趣。遇到这类问题,建议及时接受系统治疗,但不用过于恐慌害怕,因为即便是抑郁症,通过心理治疗也能根治(详情可以查看:抑郁症心理咨询|聆听安宁能彻底治愈抑郁症http://www.mchning.cn/news/xlwz/115.html)了解就是在治疗,了解就是在预防
